What have you done well this year in English? Where should you have done better? Reading? Writing? Speaking? What grade do you think you deserve, and why? And next year, should you be in English 8 B Advanced, or English 8 Language A? Write a blog entry in which you discuss and answer these questions.

 In this year, I think I have done well in English class. I developed my English such as reading and writing. But also I had some things that needed to work hard more. I should have done better at speaking. because as you can see by my oral test score, my speaking is not good. I think it may happened because I didn't try to be more active in front of audience. I will try to be more active in next semester. I think I deserve about 7 out of 10. I worked hard but there little problems. And next year, I think I can develop my english mor and try more hard, if i go to English 8 Language A, I would do well.

Since september, the new semester starts, and i learned Lots of things. First, in our English Class, Our topic was"what makes healthy relationship".With this topic, Our class read the book "the summer of my german soldier" It was about one girl who makes lits of relationship with others. We learned what makes bad relationship and what makes good relationship. We could know that to make good relationnship, we have to understand and forgive other's mistake and always be a friend whether he's in trouble or not.And also, we got our blogging project about "conflict". Each of us choosed our own topic and investigate, and study about it. We found the conflict and think what can solve its problem. At last, we learned that we have to understand each other and think how does my acting affect people and careful of it. After few weeks, we had essay writing and speech about it. And we got new AOI unit,"how the environment affect us". It make us to think about how china changed us from when we were in our home country. Also, we have seen the movie, "to live". It was the movie about the family who got lots of trouble. We could realize that lots of people affected by environment a lot  in many ways like economic, cultural, linguistic, social and so on. To understand more we read the book too. It was about the one girl who get many changed. the name of book is "serpent's children". After we studied whole thing, we wrote essay and had a oral test.

I got lots of things in these 4 months.

"Harry potter and the chamber of secret." This book's author is J.K Rowling and pages are 342.

Harry get his birthday alone. Last semester, he made his true friends. But no one send letter or present to him. One day, a dirty look creature (who says that if harry returns to Hogwarts, some disaster will strike and who steal his letter and present from his friends) come and warns to harry not to go to the Hogwart. And that was right. At school, the slyderine's heir turned Hogwart -wizard school- students in to stones. And one of Harry's true friend Hermione turned to a stone. Heir could be a Malfoy. But lots of people suspect that harry is the heir!! Because Harry can speak snake's launguage and so on. Then one day, Ron's sister Jinny weasley kidnapped by the slytherine's heir. Only the heir could open the chamber of secret. Finally, Harry and Ron find the door of the door of the chamber in which Jinny and the heir are. And Harry finally got the truth that the VOLDMORT was the last heir of the slytherine. And the heir can controll the big snke,BASILISK that killed people with his eyes only. But the students aren't dead because they saw it not straight(mirror, water, etc). With dombledore's pet Fux and Grifindor's knife, harry won the voldmort again and killed his snake.

This book has lots of new character. There were Jinny weasley, dobby(the creature who warned Harry not to go), Mr.Borgin(store's men), and Gilderoy Lockhart(new dark art teacher).

In this book, I hate Gilderoy Lockhart. He seems like good and intelligent person . But it was just lie ,he was jus tusing others memory . So selfish!!!. I hate lie like that. He destroyed one's achivement. But I so glad that luckily(?) he forgot about his memory and he'll start an new life!!

  

"Harry potter and soceror's stone". This book's suthor is J.K Rowling and pages are 309.

This book is about a orphan boy. His name is HARRY POTTER!!!. He lives with uncle , aunt and their abominable son dudley. He sleeps at the tiny closet at the foot of the stairs. Then one day, Harry's life change. It begins with owl messenger.He invit to the magic school, hogwart. He makes true friends Ron weasley and Hermione grangerand learn lots of things about the magic....He became th YOUNGEST seeker of the griffindor quidditch team. But in school, there are something happening badly. Troll appear at halloween night, Harry almost die from mad broomstick. But it was just a beginnig. Harry and his friends have a doubt to professor Snape. Snape doesn't like Harry and also he is a head master of slytherine. One day Harry and his friends harry and his friends discover about the three heads dogatthe second floor;FIUHHY. It was a guardian of the socerer's stone that makes people live forever. But someone want to steal the stone. Harry goes to rescue the stone. When he arrives at the stone, he realize that the stealer isn't a snape. It was his worst enemy , VOLDMORT!!. who killed his parents. But some protection from his mother keeps Harry safely. And voldmort can't come back.

THis book has a lots of characters. Of course i can't explain all . Therefore I'll just saay the main character only. There are Harry potter, Ron weasley, Hermione granger, Albus Dumbledore(head master of the school), Macgornagal.(teacher of the school), Malfoy(who bully Harry all the time), Voldmort(harry's the worst enemy), Quril(dark art teacher.).

In this book, I liked hermione granger most. She has courage, intellegence and faith with friends. I like her. She can controll her self..

 

"Charlie and chocolate factory". This books author is Roald Dahl and pages are 155

This book is about poor but kind boy, Charlie. Charlie live nearby the wiily wonka's factory. Willy Wonka is a secretive person. No one have seen him for 20 years. His factory closed all day. But lots of chocolate and sweats produce all day with workers. No, there are some workers, but no one have seen them. no one knows who they are. Then one day 'secretive' wonka have desided to allow five children to visit his factory. The five children will chosed by golden tickets that hidden underneath the ordinary wrapping paper of five ordinary candy bars. Those thickets winners are AUGUSTUS GIOOP, VERUCA SALT , VIOLET BEAREGUARDE, MIKE TEAVEE AND CHARLIE BUCKET. But unfortunetely, everytime one kid fail because of their bad habits. At last, just Charlie left and Willy Wonka told to him that he chosed for next owner of the chocolate factory.

In this book, there were Charlie Buket, Willy Wonka, Augistus Gloop(fat greedy boy), Veruca Salt(spoiled girl), Violet beauregarde(gum chewer), Mike teavee(toy pistol), grandpa Joe and so on......

This book , there were lots of character. But most good character(I think) is grandpa joe.He became a good guardian for charlie.Although he's old to take care of him.

 

  Tell a lie and your butt will grow.this book's author is DanGreenburg and pages are 58.

 This book is about Zack and his friend Andrew. This story begins when Andrew lies that he did braver things than zack. Angry Zack call for prove it. They decode to go to the police officer and check with polygraph whether Andrew tell a lie or not. Detectives allow them yo use polygraph. So they go to the police office with zack's father. There, they meet detective stufflebean. he says, "do notunder any circumstances touch the polygraph wile i'm gone".But when detective left, Andrew started messing with the polygraph. Broken polygraph makes Andrew's body that if he tell a lie, his butt grows. But he can't get over his bad habit. Finally, Andrew's butt grows bigger and he stuck at the bathroom door. Because vernon makes him to tell lies. andrew could get out from there with Mr. stufflebean's truth serum.

In this book, there are zack, Andrew, Spencer(smart guy) , Mrs.Colemenlavin(their science teacher) , Zack's father, Vernon(Who makes Andrew stucks at the bathroom) , floyd hogmeister(school janitor) and so on.

This book, I hate Vernon worst. Vernon makes Andrew to tell a lie . Therefore makes zack and Andrew get problem. But he still doesn't say sorry. That makes Vernon hateful. 

  Hello! I'm yoojung I'm from Korea , and I'm live in suzhou. I can speak Korean , English and Chinese.                                                                        I wanted to study spanish for CCA, but Spanish class canceled.

 I have two younger sisters. 4grades and 3years oid. My youngest sister is so cute. She is in nursery now.
I came to china 6 months ago, and I get lots of good friends .

  I want to be a diplomat, and I want to visit england.                                                                                                                                            I hope I can have good time in this semester.
